heyy…
nice to meet you!
I feel blessed and honored
to have you here.
How are you? What is alive in you?
When I ask that question, it comes from the depths of my heart to yours. This space is a sanctuary for you to express exactly where you are in this moment.
Your journey has led you here, and I honor the inner work you've undertaken, embracing all that you've done to live in a more honest, present, and authentic expression of yourself.
THIS PROCESS ISN’T ALWAYS EASY.
IN MY OWN TAPESTRY OF EXISTENCE,
I HAVE WOVEN THREADS OF TRAUMA, EXPERIENCES OF PAIN, AND OBSTACLES THAT COULD HAVE SHATTERED MY SPIRIT.
PERHAPS YOU HAVE SHARED SIMILAR CHAPTERS.
The more we face our lessons and heal ourselves,
the more fully integrated and embodied we become.
WE FEEL MORE VIBRANT, WHOLE, FREE AND HEALTHY.
This enables us to show up more authentically
for our ourselves, partners, communities, and families.

a personal note from renee…
Having grown up in a small-town culture that didn't fully accept me, I often felt like a fish out of water. I observed and questioned the norms of that environment. Deep down, I knew there was a different way of perceiving the world and living, a path that felt more authentic. My spiritual journey began as early as I can remember, but it became formalized over 20 years ago with my yoga practice, while I pursued my mechanical engineering degree and obtained certification from the Medical Yoga Foundation.
My yoga practice gradually transformed into a mindset and lifestyle, and I had the good fortune to learn from various teachers who exposed me to different perspectives. I delved deep into the study of consciousness and emotional intelligence. Throughout my journey, I received guidance and support from elder mentors, to whom I am eternally grateful.
Shortly after my Saturn return, a significant astrological event occurring approximately every 29 years, I experienced a profound awakening. This awakening led me into a prolonged period of depression, during which I grappled with the integration of everything I had learned about myself and my life. At that time, I needed support, but I didn't know where to turn. I required someone to meet me where I was, and this was quite different from traditional Western therapy methods.
My spiritual and emotional journey was often a solitary one, but it taught me invaluable lessons. A pivotal moment during my "dark night of the soul" was the revelation of the spiritual and emotional healing properties of herbal medicine, which extend beyond the physical aspects that most people associate with herbal remedies.
My lifelong passion for holistic healing through food and herbs took on new dimensions during this period. I have always been inspired by the ways indigenous traditions have utilized herbs since ancient times, leading me to create a line of purposeful, organic herbal teas under the brand Meraki Herbal.
As I became a mother, my focus shifted towards generational healing, a perspective that informs my work today. The principles of conscious parenting can be applied by anyone, even if they aren't parents themselves, in the service of healing their inner child. I also obtained certification as a postpartum doula and chef to provide nourishing, healthy support for mothers and their newborns during their transitional phase into a new life together.
Prior to the outbreak of the pandemic in early 2020, I facilitated in-person women's circles, offering a safe space for connection and sharing. This experience inspired me to take my spiritual and emotional healing work online through my Ritual of Heart Instagram account, where I've been steadily building a community. It's been a delightful, enjoyable, and expansive journey.
I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to support you on your own journey. Thank you for your trust and presence.
I’m excited to share my practices with you through two different paths, one-to-one sessions with me and/or the Sunday Seva Community.
See you there!
