Connect with the Earth through grounding practices like walking barefoot on natural surfaces or spending time in nature. Just breathing in the fresh, oxygen-rich air does it for me. Barefoot walking is amazing too.
Energy Cleansing + Meditative Practices
Smudging is a great way to clear stagnant energy, if the plant material is grown in an ethical, sustainable way. Suggestions would be cedar needles, cedar wood, bay leaves, rosemary, and lavender. White sage is on the the red/endangered list because it is stolen from the land by poachers. If you use white sage, be sure it is either home-grown or purchased from a sustainable, ethical herb farmer.
Harness the vibrational properties of crystals and rocks to balance and harmonize your aura - it is also important that these items are purchased and harvested in a non-evasive way.
Cultivate a regular meditation practice to center your mind and create a serene space within. Even small, mindful moments throughout the day, or while on a walk, is so helpful. Cleanse yourself from all of the digital connection - maybe leave your phone in the car when you go for a walk, or turn it on airplane mode. Give yourself a break.
