Renée Mifsud is a lifelong wellness visionary on a mission to support people in living an emotionally grounded, vibrant lifestyle rooted in the power of self-healing and spiritual connection. With over 20 years of experience in various forms of yoga and a deep passion for consciousness, health, and self-improvement, Renée, from Ritual of Heart, will guide you to discover greater clarity in your life.
Find your center of empowerment by calming your nervous system through the innate wisdom of your breath, delving deeper while feeling supported. Renée is trained in Jikiden Reiki, therapeutic yoga, and conscious parenting.
